Programs for Youth


Programs for Adults

GLOW--Wednesday night program for PreK-7th grade and their families, with a meal included, and adult fellowship

for all members. Program draws around 100 students per week.

Music Ministry: Jubilation Choir--Choir for all confirmed members performs 3 times per month.


Praise Band--Small group of musicians who provide contemporary worship music once per month.


Youth of Hope--Involves students grades 7th through 12th - its purpose is to grow together in faith, to learn to lead Christ centered lives, and to enrich the church experiences for youth.

Hope Lutheran Church Women--Meet monthly on Sunday mornings to plan church dinners including Ascension Brunch held on Ascension Day, make quilts for graduates, prayer shawls for those in need, and teddy bear ministry.

Teen Power--Wednesday night program for 10th through 12th graders.

Altar Guild--prepares altar for the church seasons, cares for the paraments, and prepares for communion.

Confirmation--Wednesday night program for 8th and 9th graders.

Prayer Circles--Prayer service once per week.


Biennial Youth Mission Trip -- Community churches partner with Hope Lutheran, St. Paul’s and Bethany Elim congregations to send chaperoned youth to under-served regions of the United States to engage in mission work. The popularity of this

endeavor and attendance has rapidly grown over the last several years. In 2023, 34 teens will experience God’s love through this mission.

Women's Circles--Women of the church are divided in to groups that meet monthly. A Bible study is held along with

time for fellowship and socialization.


Scholarship Program--We are blessed to be able to provide numerous scholarship opportunities for our graduating seniors and beyond. In 2023, approximately $74,000 was awarded.

Men's Breakfasts/Bible Studies--Meet once per month for fellowship and Bible study.
